Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 29 JUNE 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and TECHSTER SRL-D ("aibooth", "we", "us") and govern your use of aibooth at https://aibooth.photos. By using aibooth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

aibooth is an AI photo studio: you upload a few selfies, choose a look, and we generate a polished, AI-created headshot for you to download.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use aibooth. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person.

4. Credits and how they work

On your first sign-in we give you 1 free, watermarked headshot to try the service. To remove the watermark and download clean, full-resolution portraits — and to create more looks — you buy a one-time credit pack: $5 for 3 photos, $12 for 10 photos, and $25 for 25 photos.

Each headshot you generate, and each watermarked preview you unlock, costs one credit. We use your free credit first, then your paid credits. Credits are one-time purchases — there is no subscription, and credits never expire. A credit is only spent when a generation succeeds. Payment, refunds and your right of withdrawal are covered in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

5. Your photos and the rights you give us

You must only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you their explicit consent to do so. You confirm you have all necessary rights to the photos you upload.

You grant us the limited licence needed to process your photos to provide the service (i.e. to generate and quality-check your portrait). We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them to train AI models.

6. Your generated portraits

Subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, the portraits you generate are yours to use — including for professional profiles such as LinkedIn, and for commercial use.

7. AI-generated content

Portraits are generated by AI. They are stylised, may contain inaccuracies or artefacts, and may not be a true likeness. Do not use them where an authentic, unaltered photograph is required (for example, official identity, passport or visa documents), and do not use them to deceive, defraud or impersonate.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of aibooth must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.

9. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are processed by Stripe. You authorise us, via Stripe, to charge the amount shown for the pack you choose. Prices may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We provide aibooth “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular generated result will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including any claim that you uploaded a photo of someone without their consent.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using aibooth at any time and delete your account and data from your account menu.

14. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
