Refund & Withdrawal Policy
This policy explains refunds and your right of withdrawal when you buy credits on aibooth. It applies in addition to your Terms of Service and your statutory consumer rights.
What you are buying
Your first headshot is free (as a watermarked preview). Beyond that, you buy one-time credit packs: $5 for 3 photos, $12 for 10 photos, and $25 for 25 photos. Each credit creates one clean, full-resolution portrait, or unlocks one watermarked preview. There is no subscription and credits never expire.
Your right of withdrawal and the waiver
As an EU/UK consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. However, credits unlock digital content immediately when you use them.
When you use a credit (to generate a portrait or to unlock a preview), you expressly request immediate performance and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for any credit you have used. We ask you to confirm this when you buy a pack.
Refunds for unused credits
If you have bought a pack and not yet used any of its credits, you can ask us to cancel it and refund you within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are non-refundable, because the digital content has already been delivered.
If something goes wrong
A credit is only ever spent when a generation succeeds, so a failed generation does not cost you a credit. If you believe you were charged or debited in error, or the service was faulty, contact us and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email support@aibooth.photos from, or quoting, the email address on your account. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
