Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use aibooth to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their explicit, informed consent.
• Upload or depict anyone under 18.
• Create images of public figures, celebrities or any identifiable person in order to deceive, defame, impersonate or mislead.
• Create sexual, explicit, nude or sexually suggestive content.
• Create content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or that promotes discrimination.
• Create content for fraud, scams, fake identities or forged documents, or to misrepresent who someone is.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Remove, obscure or circumvent watermarks, or attempt to obtain the clean master of a portrait without unlocking it.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt or abuse the service or its underlying APIs.
• Break any applicable law or regulation.

Enforcement

We may refuse generations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities. If you see misuse, contact us at support@aibooth.photos.
